During my pregnancy, I used a plant-based hair dye, which affected the final result, so the first color turned out quite different from what I originally wanted. After washing my hair a few times, I was still not satisfied with the color. Although it was already past the salon’s free color adjustment policy, I discussed my concerns with the salon, and they were very understanding of my situation and kindly agreed to provide a free color correction. My stylist, Fish, was very attentive throughout the process. Thank you so much for taking the time and effort to help me get closer to the color I wanted.
